Where you'll be staying
You will be staying in a spacious house in a small village near the town of Figueiró dos Vinhos.
Casa de Montanha has been carefully updated to keep as many original features as possible while adding modern amenities and creating a cozy home. Ideal for couples, solo travellers and small families looking to slow down, enjoy the sunshine and immerse yourself in nature.
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with a covered veranda outside. On the ground floor you will find two spacious bedrooms, one with a kingsize double bed and the other with two single beds. Outside you will find a terraced patio garden with a dining and barbecue area, sun loungers and a pool with a spectacular mountain view.
-Located a 10 minute drive from the town of Figueiro dos Vinhos where you will find cafés, bars and restaurants.
-On Saturday mornings enjoy the local market where you will find fresh fruit, veggies, fish, bread and cheese.
-Praia das Rocas wave pool is a 20 minute drive away in the town of Castanheira de Pera.
-Enjoy local river beaches, a dip in the local reservoir or a mountain/forest walk.
